Kickstart This! The Guinness Aftermath Edition
March 27th - via: warpzoned.com
While most of Ireland went about their business as usual on March 17th, many parts of the world decided to paint themselves green and drink several pints of the black stuff to commemorate the man who drove the snakes from the Emerald Isle. It doesn’t matter that these people are not really Irish, that St. Patrick probably didn’t drive out the snakes (as there were no snakes to begin with), or that the saint’s real colour is blue. The true meaning of St. Paddy’s Day is less about the man and his legend, and more about the celebration and enjoyment of life. (Read More)

What if you wake up in a tattered refugee camp, remembering nothing but your... oh, damn. Remembering NOTHING. Then things go from bad to worse, as the professedly refugee camp in which you live is quickly turning into a stinky concentration camp. That's what the Spanish team of Fictiorama Studios is offering with Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow comes Today, a dystopian point and click classic adventure that will dig into time distortion, classic puzzle solving and precognition. Raising The Bar: Dead Synchronicity
March 25th - via: rockpapershotgun.com
John has already written about Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today. It’s a promising point and click adventures so, try as we might, it was impossible to prevent him from singing the praises it was due when the project arrived on Kickstarter. With 18 days left on the clock and $30,000 to raise, the Kickstarter is still a good distance from the finish line in both senses. Updates have been regular though and the latest combines my two greatest loves – artistic creation and a barman. Both tend to the spirits. (Read More)

Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow comes Today Previewed
March 20th - via: cliqist.com
Point and click adventures have come back with one heck of a boom lately, I must say. Plenty of crowdfunded and indie projects have popped up recently that are trying to return to the classic, nostalgic style of gameplay. To which I add, why shouldn’t they? That game genre has so much to offer regarding story exploration, art, and not only an outstanding visual but auditory experience. (Read More)

Grab Your Paxil, It’s Time For Dead Synchronicity
March 13th - via: cliqist.com
Have you ever played an adventure game and thought “You know, this is too uplifting, I need something more depressing.” Maybe you thought the twisted world of Sanitarium seemed like a nice vacation, or that the issues raised in I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream weren’t quite heavy enough. Good news, Fictiorama Studios has a game for you! In Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today you’ll play Michael, a survivor of a series of worldwide catastrophes called the Great Wave that brought mankind to the brink of extinction. (Read More)
Just In Time – Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today
March 13th - via: rockpapershotgun.com
There are times when I wonder if I’ve had enough of point and click adventure games. They were the most important games of my youth, and represent many spots in my top ten, but perhaps I’m after something new these days? Except, then I play a good one and I realise it’s just because there’s so much dross. From a place of no expectations at all, I found that “Oh yeah,” reaction being elicited by the (horribly named) Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today – it’s a properly interesting, traditional point-n-click, and that the advanced build I played is only the first half hour has made me really rather disposed to want to carry on. Which means I should probably contribute to the just-launched Kickstarter. (Read More)
