More clearing out!

We had to remove the flooring due to water damages. The lights we removed because of rusting, years of grease, and dirt buildup. First week down and we were able to remove everything in the kitchen and dining room space. Now time for some patch work... (Read More)

Demolition Time

First week in and we have removed old items from the previous tenant. We hope to get some quotes next week to find out costs of renovating the space. We will be removing the damaged flooring this weekend and old ceiling lights.   (Read More)
