Two of my personal favourites have fallen by the wayside and there’s only one winner, although it is an interesting one by virtue of not being an obvious success story, powered to victory by the presence of a celebrity developer. There are a few projects on the verge of success and if I were writing this on Monday, the ‘Winners’ column would probably be much more satisfactorily populated. (Read More)

This week is SPACE WEEK, with lots of space games happening, or at least trying to happen. Only two winners, both of which were close things. Neither game seems to be set in space though. Silverball Studios on Kickstarting a Pro Pinball revival

Those of you old enough to recall the Pro Pinball games of the late nineties will likely remember them as cast-iron classics, arguably the best pinball simulators gaming has ever seen. After more than a decade, series creator Adrian Barritt wants to revive the series by way of a $400,000 Kickstarter project that will employ the talents of Pat Lawlor, creator of some of the world’s most successful real-life pinball machines.
