The first Kickstarter stretch goal for Armikrog, Pencil Test Studios, Inc.‘s point-and-click adventure game, will add support for the Wii U at $950,000, the developer announced.
Armikrog creators ‘fast-tracked’ as Wii U devs, first Kickstarter stretch goal added

The campaign has yet to reach its initial goal of $900,000. According to the update, the studio added the goal because “so many people have been asking for it” that the team felt compelled to respond. The update on Kickstarter adds that Nintendo has “fast-tracked” Pencil Test as an official licensed Wii U developer.
Additional funding will help cover the cost of developing the game for Wii U. If funded, the game will be available via the Nintendo eShop. If the goal is met, the developer will also make an animated short about how protagonist Tommynaut and his dog-like pet, Beak-Beak, first met.
Pencil Test Studios announced earlier this week that Nintendo had shown interest in the game at E3 2013. At the time of the announcement, Armikrog on the Wii U was only a “possibility.”
At the time of this posting, the campaign has raised approximately $640,000 of its $900,000 goal. Funding efforts end June 27.
