— Brick-and-mortar-less bagel venture Rosen's Bagel Co. is looking to raise funds for a forever-home by launching a Kickstarter campaign. The money would also be used for new menu items like pizza bagels, equipment upgrades, and new merchandise. The campaign launched on Wednesday, December 6, and has raised $7,744 so far of the $10,000 goal. Right now, Rosen’s Bagel Co. bakes up bagels within East Side coffee shop and beer bar Wright Bros. Brew & Brew as well as Govalle Japanese cafe Sa-Ten.
— As part of Cherrywood spot Hoover's Cooking’s new hours, the restaurant will no longer serve breakfast. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day though.
