If you’ve never had real fresh local goat cheese on a spring salad, or sprinkled over some buttered mashed potatoes, or teased into your favorite lasagna – you’re missing out my friend. If it’s not obvious, cheese is one of my favorite foods, but LOCAL cheese even more when it’s available. That’s what excited me when I came across Vicky Brown’s project. (Read More)
