A campaign for a board game based on the popular sci-fi video game Stellaris has hit over $2 million on Kickstarter. The original game, Stellaris, is a 4X strategy game that tasks players with managing a grand empire across space, where they must decide between being a utopian, Star Trek-esque society or something more akin to North Korea but in space.
