James D’Amato has crowdfunded The Magic of Spéir, the Skyjacks Setting Zine vol. 2.
The product is an in-universe explanation of magic for the world of Spéir, and the Kickstarter campaign runs until April 17th. You can see progress on the pitch page.

Author, game designer and comedian James D’Amato is a recognisable name in TTRPG and the creator of the Campaign: Skyjacks.
The podcast is an adventure in an original setting inspired by folktales. The Kickstarter funds a series of digital journals written in the style of university text.
Amber Logsdon (Flabbergasted!, Necrobiotic) edits, Jason Robinson on layout, Sue Anderson and Kris Maslanka on art and Tracy Barnett (also from the One Shot Podcast) complete the team.
Editor’s Note The foundation of this document was drafted by my late father, never published in his time. What follows is an annotated presentation of my father’s words. It was his aim to create a practical taxonomy for sources of magical power. I do not believe he succeeded. However, there is enough merit in his observations that I believe many sorcerer scholars will benefit from their proliferation.

Backers at $20 unlock the zine, and there’s an estimated delivery date as soon as April 2025.
At $30, backers get Skyjacks Zine 1 for themselves and a community copy. Community copies unlock again at $60. These and later tiers are due in May.
Need Skyjacks #1 and #2, then pledge at $35.
At $50, the Kickstarter offers both zines and The Call of the Sky!, the Skyjacks music album.
