The Legendary Edition gets you everything included in the Deluxe Edition, as well the Shadow Walker heroic title, the Petrie Clan Ring legendary item, and a digital copy of James Fadeley's tie-in novel to the game, The Gift of Hadrborg.
Both Kickstarter backers and players who preorder on Mac and PC will receive the Dredge Ally pack, containing Kivi, a level 10 Dredge Stoneguard character with the tank ability, the Shield Cleaver hero title, The Banner Saga 3 Overture Track, Dredge Heraldry, and Sculptor's Tools, a passive Return the Favor ability.
Console players can preorder The Banner Saga Trilogy: Bonus Edition, also launching on July 24, which includes all three titles, a Best Of soundtrack, mini artbook, collectible poster, and the Horn of Lichbaen in-game item. The release date for this edition on Switch is yet to be confirmed.The Kickstarter campaign for The Banner Saga 3 launched at the start of last year and ended after reaching just over $400,000, doubling its original goal of $200,000.
