Harebrained Schemes have given an early look at gameplay for their upcoming Battletech reboot.
Featured above, you can enjoy a whopping 20 minutes of what they’re calling “super pre-alpha” gameplay. The video has key developers on the game going over its turn-based combat, as well as the various player phases you’ll experience.
Funded via Kickstarter, Harebrained Schemes envision the game as a deeply rewarding, team-based, tactical strategy game of sorts that is set within the 3025 Succession Wars Era of the BattleTech.
Battletech is still on track for a May 2017 release, according to its Kickstarter page.
