Factory Floor is a 1-4 player tile laying game about building and managing a factory. It will launch on Kickstarter on February 16.

In Factory Floor, you start with your personal player board and 12 worker meeples. The game takes place over 5 rounds (Monday to Friday), and each round is divided in 3 phases (shifts). On your turn, you can place a tile, hire a worker, remove a worker, or pass. You draw a number of polyomino-shaped tiles from the bag to form the tile market, and choose one to place on your board. Tiles show various factory facilities and each type offers different bonuses. Adjacency also matters, as, for example, the store room has to be placed next to the production line. When you hire workers, you first place them in the store room and then move them to the production line so that they can produce points.

The solo mode comes with a campaign of 15 scenarios each of which gives you an objective. For example, the 'Workers Waiting' scenario tells you which tiles you are allowed to use, and requires you to score 43 points after placing 10 tiles and assigning all your workers.
