A Lovecraftian puppet show that looks awesome!

I am very selective in what I ask my readers to consider funding… and I feel that this really deserves your attention:

A darkly beautiful, Lovecraft-influenced, marionette puppet play for adults, performed this Fall in Portland Or, and beyond

Even if you can’t make it to Portland to watch the play, by donating as little as $10 you’ll be given a digital download of it.  That’s a heck of a deal.

Check out their Kickstarter here.

The CastIron Carousel seeks funding to stage an H.P. Lovecraft-themed marionette play entitled The Doom That Came to Fiddle Creak in Portland, Oregon in the fall of 2013. The audience will enjoy a fully realized marionette theater experience: a curtain will open revealing a magic window into a stage populated by intricately articulated marionettes animated by near-invisible strings. There will be a dazzling array of special effects that will delight and astonish the audience.

Please click here to check out their Kickstarter.  As of this writing, they are at $7,650 with a $10,000 goal, with 16 days to go.  I’d hate to see something this amazing not get funded.  Please help them out if you can!

  1. Thanks Mike and everyone who pledged! We are working VERY hard on this project. A lot of love in going into this and we hope to bring something to you all that will be left as a marker on the road to insanity that is the Mythos Highway.
